Christmas Closures

The Bureau will be closed from
Thursday 22nd December 2011 at 4.00pm
and will re-open
Tuesday 3rd January 2012 at 9.15am

Service Aims

In order to access our services clients will, firstly, have to attend the bureau for an initial 10-15 minute gateway/diagnostic interview to discuss their issue. Following the interview they will be offered:

  • self help information and/or leaflets
  • signposting to an appropriate agency
  • referral to our generalist advice service
Bureau Policy

Allocation of generalist advice appointments are made on a "first come, first served daily basis".

Clients who have previously received a gateway assessment will not be given priority or be guaranteed an appointment should they return to the bureau at a later stage.
