*IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BOTH OFFICES

Due to the exceptionally high demand for our service we have had to introduce a ticket system for our drop-in sessions in an attempt to manage the daily number of clients seeking help and advice and to reduce the waiting time for this service.

The system will be as follows:

At 10.00am the waiting area will be opened and tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and will cover both morning and afternoon sessions.

The number of tickets allocated for the day will be based on the number of volunteer advisers available to give advice.

Clients in receipt of a morning session ticket must stay in the waiting area. Those issued with an afternoon session ticket must return to the bureau by 1.00pm.

Tickets will only be valid on the date of issue.

If you are attending the bureau on behalf of someone else or you require assistance in completing any forms, please make this known to the person allocating the tickets.

We thank you in advance for your co-operation.

In addition to our services offered at our Blackburn and Darwen offices, we also offer advice at local GP surgeries and health centres.
